Regarding the order I placed last week, I felt it necessary to write to you to congratulate you on your fantastic service, I spoke with a very helpful young man on Friday at approx 2pm regarding a shower tray and my desperate need to get it on Monday,and to make matters worse I'm on the Isle of Wight, he somehow managed to hold up the parcels going to the courier and get my shower tray on that days list and it arrived today by midday in perfect condition.
I had tried 5 local plumbers merchants and Not one of them could either get me a 1000x700 low profile tray or if they could it was going to take a week and on top of that be at least £50.00 more expensive. Never again will I bother with local merchants when I can get such great service from yourselves.

Hello, I purchased a 1000x760 shower tray off you guys. It is a small thankyou to the gent that I dealt with (unfortunately I can't remember his name) the tray got to me in record time and was just what I needed.
Great service and best price I could find. Keep it up I know where to come if I need another one.
