    Warranty

    • All Artize saunas come with a standard 5-year official warranty, ensuring protection against any manufacturing defects and covering repair expenses for technical malfunctions within the specified warranty period.
    • It's important to note that this warranty does not cover damages resulting from negligent use, including water spills, scrapes, abrasions, blows, scratches, or similar incidents, which will render the warranty void.
    • Customers can trust Jaquar's commitment to maintaining the quality and dependability of their products. The validity of the warranty is substantiated by the clearly indicated start and end dates on the sales invoice.

     

    Return and Refunds for Saunas

    • To initiate easy returns and refunds for Jaquar products, reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order through chat, phone, or email. Ensure the product is packed securely in its original packaging with accessories, attach the provided return label, and we'll manage the collection, making the process completely free of charge. However, please note that rejecting a product before delivery may result in exceptional deductions for shipping and return costs.

    Electrical Supply

    • If you plan for a standard plug socket instead of hard-wiring, it's necessary to replace the plug. These saunas are specifically engineered for a conventional single-phase (12 amp) power connection.
