Warranty

All Artize saunas come with a standard 5-year official warranty, ensuring protection against any manufacturing defects and covering repair expenses for technical malfunctions within the specified warranty period.
It's important to note that this warranty does not cover damages resulting from negligent use, including water spills, scrapes, abrasions, blows, scratches, or similar incidents, which will render the warranty void.

Return and Refunds for Saunas
