The Content Wolf’s Top Bath Product Xmas Gift Recommendations
It’s around that time when we start panicking about what to get our other halves for Christmas. Sometimes some simple yet luxurious gifts can go a long way. In the winter months ladies love nothing more than a proper pamper in the bath, and to perfect our pre- and post-bath beauty regime. I have picked my top three must-have bath products and have shared all my favourite products below. Check them out and get your partner some super luxurious bath products this Christmas.
Bath salts

Sometimes you aren’t always in the mood for bubbles; they stick to you when you get out the bath and are only really suited for a long soak in the bath. I find
bath salts provide a different experience and make your skin feel oh so soft when you step out the bath. My favourite bath salts at the moment are
L'Occitane Aromachologie Relaxing Bath Salts. Benefit from a completely natural, soothing scent and let the salts do wonders on your skin.

After you have had a bad day there’s nothing better than having a long soak in a super bubbly bath. Who knows why we love bubbles so much, but they certainly make your bath look and feel more luxurious. I use
Tisserand Aromatherapy Relaxing Luxury Bath Soak as it’s very reasonably priced and uber relaxing. If you want to splash out on your partner, treat them to
Laura Mercier Crème Brulee Honey Bath which produces the softest silkiest bubbles. Or, you can’t go wrong with
Rituals Energy Bubbles if you want to feel revitalised rather than relaxed.
Bath and body oils

You don’t really feel the full benefits of a bath unless you put some kind of moisturiser on afterwards. I find rather than trying to lather on thick moisturiser after a bath, it’s easier just to pour some oil into the bath and you step out with lovely soft skin. Putting a beautifully scented bath oil in your bath definitely makes for a more luxurious invigorating bath.
I’m a tad obsessed with Jo Malone products at the moment, as are many bloggers. I have their freesia and pear perfume, and although the scent doesn’t last that long, I adore how it smells. I would love to have some Jo Malone
Spicy Amber and Lavender Bath Oil in my stocking this Christmas. It’s very pricey but a really lovely treat. If you prefer a body oil rather than a bath oil, try
Aveda’s rosemary and mint (the perfect scent combo) body composition oil. It will leave you feeling refreshed and sufficiently moisturised.
And lastly, when I went for a spa day recently, the lovely sales assistant managed to convince (or guilt) my boyfriend into buying me some
Aromatherapy Associates relaxation oil. And boy does it work. I have never smelt anything so soothing and relaxing. It’s not cheap but if you use it sparingly it can last quite a while.
